- Bathing and Grooming
- Feeding
- Continent/Incontinent care
- Ambulation and Transfers
- Medication Administration
- Nursing Evaluations, home Visits, and skilled care
- Hospice Care
- Light housekeeping/laundry
- Meal preparation
- Transportation, shopping, errands
- Coordination of home-based services that better fit the needs of the invidual
